Project Description
In this project the client commissioned us to provide the design and consultation for a new house to be built on a recently acquired plot of land.
The property design was required to accommodate a steeply sloping site. We developed our initial floor plans into a detailed design including electrical and lighting layouts, kitchen and bathroom designs, and specification of all internal fittings and finishes. Within the design, the top floor was dedicated to a master suite, flexible bedrooms or study space located on another and the ground floor provided a large open-plan living space leading into the garden.
As our designs were taken into the construction phase, consultation continued throughout the process, the installation of the kitchen and bathrooms and through to the completion of this family home.
