Project Description
Our extension and refurbishment design for this project turned a storage unit into a two-bedroom home. Planning was granted for our design to extend the building to double the original footprint of the store and the space was carefully divided into the required living areas.
By designing the layout with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms set to the front of the property, we were able to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room to open onto the private walled garden. Consultation was provided throughout the project, providing designs and selections for the kitchen, bathrooms, electrics, lighting and all internal finishes.
